One of my favourite training photos o far (even though it’s not fully extended). mainly because as well as the fact I’m all giggly, it looks like I’m balanced on a teeny tiny chair. Photo by Olivia Whitaker.

Working on descending the rope via drops and catches, I like it but I want to travel more in the drops. Cheers to Becca for taking the video for me.
Practicing noose today. Messy as hell, but glad I figured it out, should be fun to play with in the future :)

I bloody love doing this climb, always gets an applause. But in my head I’m singing “craaaab people, craaabb people” It’s a funny one to do :)
Flag :D I love this move, pretty simple, but looks strong, held it for ages in the routine. Thanks again to Amy for the photography :)
Post-training note. This is actually a lot harder to do this pretty, long and strong left handed :p I suck at ambidextrous aerial arts, it’s a 2012 goal.

Performances on Friday and Saturday went well, despite horrible illness. There are better pics a coming when I get them sent over, but for now we have these form my brother’s phone :)
I really like this action shot :) Picture by Olivia Whittaker. Quick note, I don’t uually train in jeans, I left the house in a rush on my way to work (same place this was taken) and forgot my usual trousers.
Practicing a simple nuque (noose).
This looks nice, I really need to up my corde lisse range, as I bloody love it.
